After delays due to Covid among others, it looks as if I am now finally entering the final phase of the editing of my second international edition of Writing Better Essays. The edition includes updates and some changes in format and foci as well as an increased number of models of good practice which I am delighted to say adds a key dimension to the book, allowing it to serve as a general reader to engage students with ideas and perspectives on contemporary and timeless issues. The book is now due for publication in 2023.
